Parts of Upton Park you never stood/sat in?
I never sat/stood in the Chicken Run or elsewhere in the East Stand.

Twice, I think, in the South Bank. The rest of the time always in either the North Bank or the West Stand.

Did I miss anything?

In actual fact not having ever having an ST and either booking through membership or taking mates up on spares has meant I have sat in all stands at some point.

Loved the East for Proximity to the pitch, The BM and Trevor Brooking because I was usually with top Whoers who I considered friends.

The Dr Martens was my least favourite but was often easiest to get tickets for using the membership. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing that stood out for me either.

Stood on all the terraces. Never sat BML or STBU.
Used to get in early so I could take my spot on the wall on half way facing the tunnel. Touch line was literally spitting distance away. I remember a lot of the people as they were. Now they're all getting on or dead.
Never quite accepted that it no longer exists.

The only place in which I never sat was the East Side upper. I stood or sat everywhere else, prior to redevelopment.

As a kid I never went into the West Stand as it was all seating and the 'posh bit' as it was miles too expensive for an oik like me.

All the other turnstiles were manned by old East End boys who we used to give a fiver to to let two of us jib in.

As a side note, I have been in the away end loads of times. If I had a pal who supported spurs or chelsea I used to borrow their tickets and they'd sit in my seat.

I was interested in how venomous our home support was at UP and you cunts NEVER let me down!

Went in all parts of the ground and various points over the last 30 years. Bizarrely I am sure I was in the "away" end for a home game, but for the life of me I can't remember what game it was. I am thinking one of the gash European games maybe?

Re: Parts of Upton Park you never stood/sat in?
In 1986 I bought a ticket off a tout to sit in the West Lower behind the dugout for an FA Cup game v Man Utd. Face value was 6 pounds but I paid 10.. Felt expensive at the time.
Before the game, I felt all eyes on me while walking down Green St. Then I noticed Bobby Charlton walking beside me. Must have taken the tube.
